Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times
Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Special Orders: Items marked as "Special Order" or items that require fulfillment from our suppliers may take additional time. We will notify you via email if your order falls into this category.
Daily Cut-off: Our daily shipping cut-off is 3:00 PM (Local Time), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed starting the following Monday.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations
Destinations: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the selected carrier. We offer flat-rate options for specific shipping services where applicable.
3. Carriers & Tracking
We utilize USPS and UPS for all deliveries. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
If you have not received your package within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at 810-694-3455 or KimRoseGlam@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your items as quickly as possible.
5. Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging your clothing, jewelry, and accessories. However, if an item arrives damaged:
Please contact us immediately!
Requirement: You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in to qualify for a replacement or refund.
