Returns and Exchanges

Returns: To be eligible for a return, please ensure you have your original receipt and that the item: was/is not a Final Sale item (see exclusions below). Has all original tags still attached, is in the same new, unworn condition as when you purchased it and is free of odors, stains, etc. If all these conditions are met, you can choose between: Full Refund: Within 10 days of the original purchase date. Final Sale Items: Please note that the following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit: All Jewelry, All items marked as "SALE" or sold at a discounted price, All Special Orders, Intimate items, including leggings, tights, hosiery, and other undergarments, All Holiday or Seasonal Merchandise.

Layaways: Layaways become Final Sale 5 days after they are initially placed in layaway. Payments are required every 2 weeks. The layaway must be paid in full within 60 days of the original purchase date. In the event of a layaway default, Kim Rose Fashions reserves the right to cancel the layaway and retain the initial deposit as compensation for handling the defaulted layaway. This policy serves as the sole notification regarding layaway defaults.
